Erik is a licensed broker in the State of Texas and has lived in Austin since 1997. He can give you insight into investment opportunities and market trends in the commercial and luxury residential real estate markets. Erik assists clients in negotiating luxury properties, identifying commercial office space, and assembling the right team to deliver a successful transaction. In addition to being an active real estate investor in Austin, Erik is also part of the land development team for an 830 acre hill country property called Waggener Ranch, located near Canyon Lake, Texas. Through his activities developing a highly restricted community that preserves the integrity of an exotic wildlife ranch, Erik is extremely knowledgeable about not just Austin but the surrounding Texas Hill Country.
